In Time: Back to Forward

This large abstract is a very organic effort to create something that felt representative of a forward momentum, but with respect to the past that helped build the foundations for the energy required to go ahead. I made it days after I made another piece which I named β€œIn Time - Forward" and while the only colour template they share is a variety of peach tints within the layers, they are clearly linked by feeling. This piece has many, many layers to it, which peek through and add to its meaning to me.

I plan to leave this unstretched and hang it on tapestry pegs, because I enjoy the silky, crumpled aspects of the linen.
